As a seasoned marital and family therapist with 17 years of practice, I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals navigating life's challenges. I am dedicated to providing a safe space for meaningful conversations and healing.

My experience as a therapist has allowed me the opportunity to meet many wonderful and unique people. It’s a joy to learn about you and your individual journey. My goal in session, is to help you feel comfortable and allow your growth to happen organically. Our minds and bodies have a way of processing life that sometimes need a little prompting and talk therapy is a way to do that. Being in a professional atmosphere with me, can help your mind and body relax and begin growing and healing.

I have been in private practice for over a decade, as well as worked at inpatient facilities and group practices. I also supervise new and upcoming therapists to the field.

I am a mother to 4 sons in varying ages and stages of life. I am embarking on grandparenthood as well. I am an army veteran wife. We have been married 14 years and it’s been the adventure of a lifetime. I love the ocean, to travel to new places, and help people in any capacity I can. I am a born and raised Oklahoman.
